With everyone having digital cameras as well as phones that take pictures, it’s no wonder we have a wonderful site called flickr. My wife put up the photos from our recent trip to Seattle. I was impressed by how today’s cameras basically makes it easy. I love the pictures I took of everything; the buildings, the people, the sites, the food, the clouds, and all the tourists spots. I have to look at them at least once a month to remind myself I actually did go and it wasn’t a figment of my imagination. Seattle is a beautiful coffee loving city.
I recently joined a bunch of flickr groups to check out other peoples photos. It is definitely fun to check out what everyone takes pictures of. Just be sure you have a high speed connection because these pictures do take time to load up on dial up. I have my flickr pictures on the sidebar and made them public so anyone can check them out.
I am hoping they are not too boring. I remember back in junior high school, my geography teacher would bring slides of her trip and we would spend an hour watching them with her basically doing a brief narration on every picture. Of course that would put most everyone to sleep. So make sure you drink a cup of coffee before you start looking. Cheers and enjoy.
If you have any pictures you would like to share with me, please do send them to me or send me the link. I would definitely appreciate it.
