First of all, thank you everyone for supporting me by reading my blog. I know it is presumptuous to think there is more than myself and my wife reading this, but I will indulge my ego. I feel successful just being able to write everyday. I must definitely thank my wife most of all because she is my number one fan and helps me in all aspects of this personal project. I know she reads it all the time, because she does my proof reading.
I had started this on the 4th of July and have posted everyday without fail. Sometimes, more than once. There is a lot of things to talk about. I guess it is a blessing that my big screen TV died. It sure freed up my schedule. I still have my rental DVDs to watch, but you know it’s not the same. I have actually been able to watch a few of the prime time shows on the internet.
A “Bachelor” variation reality tv show on NBC is called “Age of Love” stars an Australian tennis player Mark Philippousis choosing a partner to be with. The twist on this show is he is 30 years old, and the love interests are in their twenties or forties. At this point, it is down to 4 ladies. I believe they are Megan (21), Amanda (25) , Maria( 42) and Jen (48) . I don’t know how the finale is going to work on this show since it is their first season. If it comes down to two, I think the 25 and 48 year olds will be the final chosen ones. The 48 year old has a son who is 25. Maybe this is like Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Just a guess, I think he really is leaning towards the 25 year old just because I think he wants to have kids in the future and probably will want to share that with someone experiencing parenthood for the first time too.
This is the original promo is below and you can actually watch all the episodes and catch up at NBC’s Age of Love
