This TV show is fun to watch. Especially if you enjoyed those flip your house shows. This one takes it to the next level because Jeff Lewis is a character. He is successful at what he does and knows what he is doing. That doesn’t change the fact he is quirky. To his employees, he is just annoying. Like I said, he is a character that is fun to watch. It’s on tonight and I am looking forward to watching it.
Another interesting concept about this show is Jeff is still flipping houses in this tough housing market and they are usually million dollar homes. Regardless of what you think of him as a person, you can still learn alot from this gentleman. He states he has flipped 43 homes to date. That is a very good track record. The challenge will be if he can continue to do so profitably in this nervous housing market or housing bust. On the TLC house flipping show, they have a new feature called fast forward and you get a little more information on whether the house flipper was actually able to sell the home and how much money he or she made. I like the openness that these people have about their finances. I think they need to show the unsuccessful flips, so would be future flippers can see that they can lose money and it isn’t as glamorous as they make it on TV.
