If you didn’t know, I like to watch ABC’s reality show the Bachelor. It is the same every season with the rose ceremony and all, but the things that make it unique are the people. Right now, I think there are only 2 or 3 couples that have worked out after 10 shows not including the Bachelorette. And I enjoy watching that too. Only one couple has married so far I think. That would be Trista and Ryan the quiet and shy fireman. Anyways, the new season starts next month on September 18. They are billing the guy as the next McSteamy. And I am not talking turds, but a nickname to an attractive guy Eric Dane who plays a doctor on Grey’s Anatomy but in real life is married to the Felicity star Rebecca Gayheart. I just did a google imdb double check to verify this.

A few seasons ago, they had a professional bass fisher named Byron that hooked up with a previously rejected bachelorette from an earlier show named Mary. She was very likable, genuine, and attractive. Sometimes I wonder why these people are still single. I am glad they are still together. They seemed like a good match and I heard that they had announced to be married later this year.

Last season, they had a naval officer and doctor Andy who was trying to choose between Bevin his Heaven (aka as the ankle faker) and Tessa who somehow hypnotizes him with her wholesomeness to chase her. I really liked Tessa because she seemed to come over as a nice sincere person. I don’t know if these 2 are still together or actually going to marry. Only time will tell.

If you haven’t seen any of the previous seasons, then you should check it out. It is pretty entertaining. I like to try to guess who will win from the first episode. I don’t know if they have any betting games online but that would be fun.
