Just a quick update.  I have done the sinus clearing thing with the netipot 2 days in a row. It does seem to have a clearing affect.  I breathe easier and I don’t sneeze as often.  The sniffles that I use to have seem to have stop.    The room temperature water I have used seems extremely cold when I have used it.  Very uncomfortable at that temperature.  I will do it at a warmer temperature tonight and hope it will be fine.  The novelty of the stream of water coming out of my nose is gone.
