I was talking with a friend about guns and we got into a debate about having them. He has hunted before and I know has enjoyed using guns. I think he has the right to do that and it is guaranteed under our Constitution. Our debate was whether you could actually buy semi-automatic and automatic weapons. We were both right and wrong. The conclusion we came to is anyone can buy one online.

With all the crazy things that have happened with guns, it is weird that stricter laws are not enacted. 10 years ago we had the crazy BofA North Hollywood shootout, 7 years ago the Columbine tragedy, and this year the Virginia Tech tragedy. I don’t know what the solution is but it did make me think of Michael Moore’s movie Bowling for Columbine. It is an excellent documentary and I highly recommend you watch it. I saw this a few years back, but found it on google video and now you can watch it below. So grab some popcorn and drinks, then tell me what you think.

I haven’t seen his latest flick Sicko but am looking forward to it. I hear that is great too.
