Wall street closed on a positive note today. It seems the tech sector is overcoming the financial sector. I think this is helping with the year end close. I am sitting on the sidelines waiting to see which way this market will be going. There is still plenty of bad news coming out in the real estate sector in regards to the credit crunch. Actually too many to list here. All this and still investors are disregarding it.

My technorati authority is still rising by itself. I was lucky enough to be included in a viral meme Christmas card and of course I returned the holiday cheer by posting all the bloggers on the list along with my regular blogroll.

The last 3 movies I have seen were all Indie movies and decent but I am still waiting for a real enjoyable one. Vie en Rose, Four Sheets to the Wind, and Amazing Grace. Of the three movies, I would only recommend Amazing Grace. This movie is about the abolitionist William Wilberforce (Ioan Gruffudd) in England and what they went through to end slavery. I think I have enjoyed every movie Michael Apted has directed. He made this excellent documentary series called 7 Up. This series follow the real life development of children starting at age 7 and revisit their lives every 7 years. It is amazing to see what all these people go through as far as there dreams and attitudes are concerned and how life events have changed them as they grow older. Check it out if you get a chance.
