CHESSNOID

My wife woke up early and we both headed down to Pikes Place Market. We got there too late to see any fish being flung around. We had breakfast at Lowell’s and it was delicious. She had a Joe’s omelet and I had a breakfast combo with French toast. Both quite delicious and filling. We then walked from Pikes place to Sculpture Park. It was a long walk and when we got there we were very tired. After that we walked to the Space needle which was another 5 or 6 blocks away. We watched a Peruvian group outside playing some native music. They were selling CDs on site. After taking a few pictures, we headed up to the top of Space Needle. 41 second elevator ride and we could see the entire city. It was a beautiful view but because we had just stayed at the stratosphere in Las Vegas, I think that took away some thunder. I took a ton of pictures and some videos too.

We went back to Pikes and picked up some food from the infamous Russian Pisharos and took it back to our hotel. We grabbed some coffee at Star bucks which can be seen in any direction you pointed your eyes. Lol. The food was yummy but not to die for. The coffee was good like it always is.

The water in the room is $6 a bottle which is more than a gallon of gasoline. Wow! Too expensive for me, so I walked to the local drugstore and picked up some water and snacks from there. That was how we ended the day. My wife wanted to watch the finale of Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy. I always thought Ugly Betty was corny and Grey’s Anatomy just got too silly. I did watch both with her. I must say my opinion hasn’t changed after watching it. I saw a lot of commercials of shows that I thought were canceled like Pushing Daisies, Private Practice, and Sexy, money, Greedy. It’s funny knowing that these shows must have a high viewer ship to stay on.
