The last 8 years with Bush have been awful.  Under his leadership, we have had 2 wars, 2 recessions (officially 1 in 2001, and unofficially the one we are in right now), crazy laws like the Patriot Act to spy on  American citizens that diminish our personal freedoms, and of course numerous bailouts.
