Obviously, you must either love this show or your curiosity is killing you to find out who the final 3 are. Mine was so I went to the FORT which has the best reality TV show analyzers.

The final 3 girls are Molly, Jillian, and Melissa. You can go to the ABC site to see their pictures. I put links for the videos for their last interactions with Bachelor Jason below.

Now, with the assumption that these are the final 3 girls, I think in the Jason and Melissa video at the 5:49 mark there is a flash of Melissa’s hand with the rose. Her hands look like the one in this screen cap:
