I like both these MMA fighters and think they are both in the elite category.  I did think it was odd that Penn got easily dominated from round 2 and on.  They fought a previous time and went 3 full rounds.  Many say GSP has improved dramatically since their first fight, but I would have to disagree.  If you watch most of the fights including his loss to Matt Serra, his skill levels are about the same when he fought Penn.

If you watch the first round of the BJ Penn vs GSP 2 fight, it was pretty even and neither fighter had gassed out.  From the 2nd round on something changed that gave GSP the advantage.   I have seen video clips showing GSP’s corner putting some vaseline on GSP himself, but I watched this video and my impression of the fight has changed dramatically.

After 1/2 way through the video, they show previous fighters quoting the same issues they had when they fought GSP. Then they show extra footage with Dana White saying GSP was caught cheating, both Chuck Liddel and Frank Mir talking to White in the audience during the actual UFC that was not shown on the PPV. I think GSP is a great fighter but this video puts doubt in his true abilities and skills. Some of his previous fights could of had different outcomes.
