I split my votes on Dancing with the Stars

I watched Dancing with the Stars and really like the final 4 that are left. I think Gilles Marini and Cheryl Burke are definitely the favorite to win the whole thing. They received 2 perfect scores for both dances for a total of 60 from the judges. I am rooting for the 2 underdog dancing pairs Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani and Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas. There is also the long shot Ty Murray and Chelsie Hightower still in the game. If they make it to the final 3, I will be surprised. You just never know.

I split my votes for Melissa and Shawn, but I get the feeling Gilles has this wrapped up. That would give Cheryl 3 wins I think. So far it has been a great and entertaining season to watch.

I did catch a preview of the new Bachelorette Jillian and am looking forward to watching it. I am sure the FORT members already have the final 3 figured out from just that preview.

CHESSNOID, think you read the room wrong. Melissa has been the designated winner since episode one. An ABC guilty conscience, I think. Gilles may have an outside chance but fans will have to vote like crazy for him to beat the Melissa Machine. Curious point: her parents were “too private” to appear on the Bachelor, yet they have made nearly every week of Dancing – even doing a home piece this past week. Could privacy be set aside for fame and fortune for daddy’s girl?
