I usually don’t watch this show The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV because it is not just about fights. I will probably catch this one because one of my friends instructors made it to the finals. He is fighting on the British side even though he has transplanted here in Orange County, California. Anyways, I don’t know him personally but I will be rooting for him. Good luck James Wilks who is going in as the underdog.
In a way this could be a turning point for this fighter. If he wins, then he will get a UFC contract worth at least $100,000 assuming he wins all the fights. I saw the last 2 fights he was in on TUF and thought he was pretty good. I wonder if he is in the same caliber as the other professional fighters on the UFC in that weight division. We have seen some champions come from the show.
The rest of the card looks pretty good. I like watching both Diego Sanchez and Clay Guida fight. I will take Sanchez to win this over Guida.
