I physically received my Apple Ipod Touch yesterday and I must say after playing with the little gadget, I am hooked and impressed with the way it works.  I configured it to go to my wifi which was extremely easy to do.  Then I started surfing the internet immediately.  I had to attach the Ipod Touch to my computer USB because it wasn’t charged up, but you can still use it while it is charging.

I did the quick fun stuff first like checking out YouTube videos, google maps, and seeing what free apps are available.  I will admit it will take some time getting use to the onscreen typing because the keys are small. Super duper small! And my fingers seem to be gigantic compared to the screen keyboard.  For accuracy, I used my pinky finger to avoid typing in the wrong letters.  I don’t think  I will be blogging on this device.

I even checked out my blog on the little screen and it looked pretty good.  One difference from my phone browsing through the Opera o/s vs this Ipod Touch is that my phone doesn’t allow me to play the youtube videos or any videos for that matter. This gizmo lets you do complete web surfing just like my laptop or netbook.
