Our first home project done

I am very happy with our first home project being 90% done. We had some challenges with the work and time line, but overall it worked out to our satisfaction. Here are a few pictures below. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get a swiffer mop to pick up all the dust so excuse the film. I did vacuum the place but that didn’t do everything I had hoped it would do.

The wood laminate we used was dark striped, ac 5 rating, and the dimensions were plank size 50 23/32″ (1288.29mm) x 7 3/4″ (196.34mm) x 15/32″ (12mm) . With the flash it looks light sometimes but the color is closer to espresso or wenge.

When I was a kid, I remember my parents had a house in San Francisco with real dark wood floors. This kind of reminds me of that memory. Anyways, I loved the way it turned out.
