I watched a bunch of UFC unleashed shows today and saw all of Brock Lesnar’s prevoius fights.  I think it lends some insight to his abilities as a great wrestler.  I think his next fight will be entertaining. I think Brock will be able to keep Carwin down on the ground and slip any punches that comes his way.

Carwin definitely has a punchers chance to knock out Lesnar .  I watched a repeat of  his 1st round knockout against Gonzaga fight and I do think Carwin has some heavy striker hands. I will have to pick Lesnar on this fight now that he has good wins under his belt against Couture, Mir, and Herring.

The CBS Strikeforce card is shaping out to be a good venue.  The fights confirmed now set for November 6, 2009:

Fedor Emelianenko (30-1) vs. Brett Rogers (10-0)

Jake Shields (23-4-1) vs. Jason Miller (22-6)

Gegard Mousasi (26-2-1) vs. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou (7-4)

Fabricio Werdum (12-4-1) vs. Antonio Silva (13-1)

My guess on these fights to win are Fedor, Shields, Mousasi, and Silva.   The only fight I have mixed feelings about is Shields vs Miller.  I think Miller has faced some great competition recently and he might be able to pull out a win.   It’s going to be a great show on CBS assuming all these fights go as planned.
