CHESSNOID

This fight card doesn’t look that good to me.  The only great fight lined up is the the main event, UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machidavs Mauricio “Shogun” Rua.  I am guessing Machida will win.  He has looked unbeatable his last few fights.  Shogun looks good too but not as good as his Pride FC days.  That makes me wonder if they really did let them juice up or take steroids back then.  Every fighter from Pride FC seems to have struggled in the Octagon.

Is it the Octagon or is it the lack of steroids that have made them worse.  I am talking about Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira , Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou , Wanderlei Silva , Mirko Filipovic , and even Mauricio Rua .  It’s hard for me to believe how they struggled against the fighters in the UFC compared to how good they looked in Pride FC.  Maybe it is good that the CSAC does the drug testing.
