The weather here has dramatically changed. It seems like a winter week for us. The winds have died down to only about 20 miles per hour. However, the temperature forecast is a range of 58 degrees high and a 43 degrees low. That is definitely sweater weather anywhere you lived. Currently it is 46 degrees and I admit I love it. I was never a fan of hot weather and even though this isn’t as good as rain, I will take it.
I had some great Japanese soup with noodles, fish cakes, and some sort of shrimp tempura in the mix. If I had thought about it, I would have taken a picture because it truly was delicious. My wife made a different European chocolate with it. It was some mocha extreme mix. Very deep chocolate flavor but not overbearing. I still like the chocolate with mint she made the night before.
I wish we had some cake of some sort to eat with that chocolate. I love pastries but it is best we don’t keep it in the house since I tend to eat big portions in one sitting. I would of settled for cupcakes or even a donut. I remember when I was a supervisor for a collection agency I would buy 1 or 2 dozen donuts for my team of 8-10 collectors on Saturdays.

Whatever wasn’t eaten would be taken home and needless to say I gained a lot of weight during that time from snacking on them goodies. Those were the good old days.
