HBO Boxing 24/7 Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto video

I just finished watching the 2nd part of the HBO 24/7 Pacquiao vs. Cotto Episode. The fight is going to be good. The way HBO produces these segments just makes you like both fighters that much more. I think great fights like these will continue to keep boxing alive.

Pacquiao sure looks bigger than I remember when he first came out. Not just his weight but his overall muscular appearance. He looks strong like he is steroid-ed out. He definitely is a superstar celebrity at home. Watching him sing on TV is his Filipino Idol moment. His trainer Freddie Roach is really pushing him by offering money to his sparring partners if they can knock him down. Definitely a good motivation for his partners.

Cotto looks very focused for this fight. Yet I like the idea he takes one day off to spend with his family and friends. He looks solid and ready for the challenge since I think he will be the underdog. I also like the fact that both these fighters respect each other and don’t talk smack.

Either way, I highly doubt this fight will go to the judges’ cards. These guys fight to finish the match and both go for knockouts. This won’t be a Machida/Rua match. These 2 guys can both punch and knockout each other. I think Pacman has speed on his side for sure. And I think Cotto will test his endurance and strength against him.
