CHESSNOID

It was a nice wonderful cold weekend.  The temperatures are about 40 degrees low and 60 degrees high.  I stayed in most of the weekend drinking coffee and eating them with reheated pastries.

I ordered 2 five pound bags of Starbucks coffee awhile back and we are about finish with the first bag.  I enjoy having them with my wife.  You know how it is. The company  makes everything so much more enjoyable.

There were two MMA events and some boxing matches but I didn’t watch any live.  I did see the fights I read about that sounded interesting online.  The internet and technology are wonderful.  The Pacquiao vs Cotto fight is available on HBO on demand but I haven’t had time to rewatch it again.  I don’t know if it is me or just the venues, but none of the MMA fights or boxing matches made me want to watch them.

I looked online as usual for cheap laptops with windows 7.  The cheapest netbooks I saw were only $199 at Target and $229 at Bestbuy.  Those are great deals and it isn’t even Black Friday yet.  Those 2 particular netbooks had the windows xp o/s and neither had a dvd drive.  Still they are both great deals.  I do remember seeing the BF advertisements with a full laptop preloaded with windows 7 and dvd drive for about $300 and those don’t come on sale till Black Friday.  I will be looking at Amazon to see if they match any of these crazy deals the day after Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is in a few days.  We will be having a family get together. It has been awhile since I seen everybody, so I will be taking some pictures for sure.
