There are 2 major MMA events this month. The first one is another UFC which seems like they are on every week. They seemed to have saturated their name brand so much that people just don’t get as excited about their events. Even when it is free like last weekend with Kimbo and Roy Nelson. For me it is free and that works just fine. This weekend is a PPV with BJ Penn vs Diego Sanchez headlining the card.
I always enjoy Penn’s fights and think this one with Sanchez will be entertaining. The rest of the card for UFC 107 is listed below with links to the sherdog fighter stats.

Then the following week has another Strikeforce event with many fighters I am familiar with. Some of them from the UFC and Pride FC. Cung Le is back to fight and that is a fight I am looking forward to watching. I haven’t seen a boring fight with him yet. The fight card is listed below.

One last thing, I saw this youtube video of Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson at Grapplers Quest 2003. I think Roy Nelson is underrated and in this video of him skinny is amazing. Frank Mir looks twice as big as Nelson and you would of thought he would have dominated from beginning to end. Check it out if you enjoy wrestling.
