The point is when banks start to penalize everyone else regardless of their payment histories, in an effort to recover profits then people have a choice to accept it or tell creditors to pound sand. I hope this gentleman does file bankruptcy and many more customers do the same. It is within the law and Americans should do it as needed. We bailed out Bank of America with taxpayer funds.
