I don’t subscribe to the Starz channel but am able to watch this Rome themed show Spartacus: Blood and Sand online through the netflix streaming option.  I was able to watch it first thing this morning without waiting for the show to air tonight.

Spartacus blood and sand is like a cross between the movies Gladiator and 300 with the HBO TV series Rome.  If you like those types of movies or shows, then you will probably enjoy this series.  I know I like it and am looking forward to the finale.

If you haven’t seen it or missed an episode, netflix streaming has all 12 episodes online to watch on demand.  If you don’t have netflix, you can get a 2 week trial to check it out and can stream movies immediately while you wait for the dvds in the mail.  I use it all the time.
