I lost 20 chess games in a row.

I am a very good chess player and have played since I was a small boy.  The last time I played was about 18 months ago.  Back then I was playing 10 games online a day.  I decided to play again now that I have some free time.  I won my first game, drew my second game, won my third game, and then I lost 20 games in a row to 20 different players during the past 5 days.  Now that is a losing streak! :boohoo:

I didn’t get mad because I am no longer a sore loser.  However, it was very frustrating knowing I was losing to players I used to be beat on a regular basis.  Anyways, the streak has been broken and some of my confidence is back.  I won 2 back to back games and feel better about my game play.

One thing I did learn is that to  be a good player you have to consistently practice and play. At least that is the way it is for me.  Of course the most important thing is to have fun which is what I am doing.

Don’t worry Noid, it’s like riding a bike. Just keep playing.

Yes, Mrs Chessnoid helped me to win. Thank you very much, Mrs C.

So I am not worried as long as she is there with my next 20 games.
