I just updated my bio information since it has been over 3 years since I created it.  Funny how things change over time.  Especially my perspective on life.  I watch very little television and read most of my news online.  Reality shows like Bachelor,Bachelorette, and Top Chef are no longer shows I enjoy since they are in my humble opinion fake and pre-determined outcomes.

Lately, I have had a burst of enthusiasm for life and feel like I am making a contribution to the world community.  It really is crazy but in a good way.  This change in lifestyle had given me more energy to do things and get things done as well as feel good about what I now consume.  I would have never guessed that I would one day become a vegan.

At the bottom of my blog, I took out the MBL and BC widgets and replaced it with an amazon widget of products I highly recommend.  These particular dvds and books changed my life and I hope you take a moment to consider checking them out.  Thanks again for stopping by and supporting me.
