More rain

I love the rain and rainy weather. Especially on the weekends when you don’t have to drive to work in it. On top of the rain, it is very cold which makes staying indoors even cozier. I think I need to move to some place where it rains almost everyday.

We lived in the UK for many years and got used to it raining for 35% of the time. We thought that Lancashire had to be the wettest place on earth – till we lived in India for a while during the year 2000. It’s so wet there that they don’t bother with drain pipes. They use chains that go straight into a one metre deep gulley surrounding the property. Now that’s what I call rain!
