This show sure has fallen off a cliff if you ask me.

• Hope Solo: Yes, women’s soccer has been big lately. But most of us don’t know the players’ names. Hope Solo seems like a lovely young woman, she isn’t exactly a household name.
• Elisabetta Canalis: Other than being George Clooney’s girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis is almost entirely unknown. Although being George Clooney’s girlfriend counts for a bit.
• J.R. Martinez: If you didn’t watch All My Children (RIP) or have interactions with veterans’ groups, it’s pretty unlikely that the name of J.R. Martinez meant anything to you.
• Kristin Cavallari: Maybe at one time, this Hills princess was almost someone. But this isn’t that time.
• Rob Kardashian: The Kardashian name can take you far. But, seriously, how many people, when hearing the name of Rob Kardashian, responded with “There’s a boy???”
• Chynna Phillips: In 1990, Chynna Phillips might have topped this list. But it’s 2011. Now, Chynna Phillips is a faded pop star and only the second-most interesting child of rock icons.
• Carson Kressley: Queer Eye has been off the air for awhile now, but Carson Kressley has managed to keep himself mildly relevant — he has a current show!
• Ron Artest: Otherwise known as Metta World Peace, Ron Artest is a champion NBA player with a history of fighting and nuttiness. People know his name, even if they don’t know much else.
• Chaz Bono: The only child of Sonny and Cher was always going to be a known entity. With the sex-change operation, LGBT activism and an Emmy-winning documentary, Chaz Bono is a familiar name to many.
• Ricki Lake: She disappeared in recent years, but Ricki Lake was once huge. From starring in Hairspray to hosting one of the biggest daytime talk shows, people learned that name. Lake is a bit of a has-been, but at least she’s a known one.
• Nancy Grace: Nancy Grace existed before the Casey Anthony trial (watch back episodes of The Soup if you don’t believe this). But this is definitely her moment.
• David Arquette: Thanks to his reasonably-notable movie roles and his now-defunct marriage to Courtney Cox, people know David Arquette. But mostly he’s tabloid fodder these days.

The stock market was down today and the futures market are pointing for a down day start tomorrow too. This market is really starting to get volatile.  Looks like we will test another support level from the February lows tomorrow.

TOKYO (AP) — Asian stock markets tumbled Tuesday, extending a sell-off that sent Wall Street lower overnight as the sliding euro hit exporters amid a new wave of pessimism about the global economy’s health.

Renewed worries about Europe’s debt problems and a shaky euro rattled already anxious investors, who grew more uncertain about the outlook for the U.S. and global economies.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 stock average shed 2.4 percent to 9,526.97 as the yen’s strength against the common European currency hammered exporters.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index fell 2 percent to 19,278.05, and South Korea’s Kospi lost 3 percent to 1,556.28. Benchmarks in Australia, Taiwan, Singapore and mainland China also retreated.

The weekend rescue of a small Spanish bank exacerbated investor pessimism about Europe’s financial health. The Bank of Spain stepped in to rescue Cajasur after it failed to complete a merger. It was only the second time Spain’s central bank had saved a regional lender.

The euro’s weakness also unnerved markets. Traders have been dumping the 16-nation currency on fears that massive debts will cause defaults by weaker countries in the European Union.

The judges score were:

Mathematically the top 2 couples by the judges scores could not have been sent home if you average the fans’ scores with equal weight.  Anyways, it is what it is.  The top 3 to go on to the finals is Donny, Mya, and Kelly.  I actually thought the best performance came from Mya with Joanna a close second.  I am not on the Kelly sympathy train and thought her performance was not on par with Joanna’s dancing.

Mya & Dmitry Chaplin – Salsa

Although based on the scoring tonight, Donny has the biggest potential for going home since he had the lowest scores.  For some reason the judges seemed unbalanced this season.  I think they really favor Kelly by inflating her scores.  When you compare her performance to the other celebrities, it is noticeably at a lower level, yet the judges give her the same and sometimes better scores than she deserves.

I would of expected Kelly to go home next among the four remaining, but we may be in for a surprise tomorrow night. Literally, any of the them can go home based on the fan votes.

Personally, I think Mya has done the best overall, but the judges say she is more fluff than dance.  I believe that the fan favorite is Donny Osmond  because he has been around a long time and his sister Marie Osmond was on the show too.  Joanna could win but I don’t think she is the fan favorite.  If she did win, I think the fans would actually be voting for Derek.  Based on most of the judges comments, I think Derek is the judges’ favorite dancer.

You know who I think the final 3 are going to be (Donny, Mya, and Joanna), but you never know based on fan voting.  Kelly could surprise us and win the whole thing.
