Incredibly enough, the US stock markets have fallen 4 weeks in a row. The economy is no different than the last 3 years, but investors are starting to realize the reality we live in. Dow’s down 11%, S&P 13%, Nasdaq 15% for August which are big numbers for just one month.

So we have seen the markets move over 500 point stretches in both directions in the last 3 days. I can only guess it will continue to be volatile. The question is which way will the stock markets move or trend in the next week, month or even year.

Nothing really happened in the stock market today that could justify the 400 plus point gain.  I think it was bargain hunters looking for deals and the silly comment the Fed said that they would promise to keep interest rates at 0% for another two years.
